摘　　要：知识管理是未来人力资源管理的核心：是建设学习型组织的最重要的手段之一，是网络新经济时代的新兴管理思潮与方法。本文介绍了运用知识管理的理论对某医院信息科进行科室管理的方法。Knowledge management is the core of human resource management in the future, is one of the most important means of building a learning organization, is a new management thought and method of the new economic era. This paper introduces the application of knowledge management theory and method of information department management department of a hospital.
