摘  要:我院预交金模式的门诊”一卡通”系统,其设计宗旨是方便患者就诊、提高工作效率。但是,因为各类医保系统未能与医院的系统对接,且医保机构又有其管上特殊要求,使得门诊”一卡通”系统不能顺利发挥它的功能,反而使得有些功能变成了其运行过程中的障碍。只有实现了医院系统与医保系统的成功对接。使得医院数据与医保数据可以有效交换和共享,才能突破障碍,真正发挥其功能与优势。Our hospital outpatient prepaid payment mode "card" system is designed to facilitate patient treatment and improve work efficiency. However, because the various types of health insurance system fails to docking with the hospital system and health care institutions have the special requirements of top management, outpatient "One Card" system can not perform its functions smoothly, on the contrary to make some functions become obstacles in the course of its operation. Only to achieve a successful docking of the hospital system and health insurance system, making hospital effectively exchange and share data Medicare data, can outpatient "One Card" system break down barriers and truly play its features and advantages.
