摘　　要：为了响应国家对医疗卫生行业信息安全等级保护的相关要求，保证医院信息系统的安全，医院着手建立信息安全等级保护管理体系。从人员、制度、运作、规范等角度，对信息安全等级保护管理体系进行全面的建设，提升医院信息系统的管理能力，避免人为因素给系统安全带来的威胁．In response to the national requirements of the information security classified protection in the heahhcare industry and in order to ensure the safety of hospital information system, the hospital set about establishing the information security classified protection management system. From angles of the personnel, system, operations and standardize, the hospital comprehensively eonstruct the management system, to enhance the management capacity of hospital information system and avoid the threat of human factors to system security.
