利福平针剂治疗复治菌阳肺结核患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析探究复治菌阳肺结核应用利福平针剂治疗的临床效果。方法把我院收治的45例复治菌阳肺结核的患者随机分成两组，对照组患者应用HEZ联合加利福平胶囊进行治疗，观察组患者应用HEZ联合利福平针剂进行治疗，观察比较两组患者治疗后1、2和8月的菌痰阴转、肺部病灶的吸收和不良反应的情况。结果观察组患者菌痰阴转、肺部病灶的吸收和不良反应的情况都明显优于对照组，且P〈0．05。结论利福平针剂治疗复治菌阳肺结核．见效快、毒副反应少，能够有效控制临床症状、降低其传染性、缩短排菌的时间和抢救重症结核患者，可以在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the retreatment smear positive tuberculosis rifampicin injection in the treatment of clinical effect.Methods Retreatment sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital 45 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group patients HEZ joint plus rifampicin capsules for treatment, the observation group were treated with the HEZ joint rifampicin injection treatment, observation and comparison ＇after treatment, 2 and August of bacteria sputum conversion, absorption and adverse reaction of lung lesions. Results The patients bacteria sputum conversion, absorption and adverse reaction of lung lesions were significantly better than the control group, and P 〈0.05. Conclusion rifampicin injection therapy retreatment sputum positive pulmonax＇y tuberculosis, quick, less toxicity, can effectively control the clinical symptoms, reduce the infectious, shorten the time and rescue patients with severe tuberculosis bacteria row, promotion in clinical application.
