摘　　要：目的探讨结肠损伤急诊I期手术方式．结肠损伤的早期诊断。方法回顾分析结肠损伤I期手术的治疗方式的临床价值及相关并发症。I期手术将裂口修补缝合或肠段切除吻合。结果I期手术56例，并发肠漏2例。结论外伤性结肠破裂患者早期诊断，手术探查，行I期手术治疗是安全可靠的，并发症低。Objective Explore the early diagnosis of colon injury emergency I surgery, colon injury. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical value of treatment of the the colon injury I surgery and related complications. I operation will rip the patch suture or bowel resection and anastomosis. Results I surgery in 56 cases, complicated by intestinal leakage in 2 cases. Conclusion Traumatic colon rupture in patients with early diagnosis, surgical exploration line I surgical treatment is safe and reliable, low complication.
