摘　　要：目的研究骨科线缆系统在治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2010年2月-2011年10月收治的66例髌骨骨折患者的临床资料，采用骨科线缆系统环扎内固定治疗髌骨骨折36例，男23例，女13例，年龄19-77岁，平均43．5岁：采用胸骨柄钢丝环扎内固定治疗髌骨骨折30例，男19例，女11例，年龄21-72岁，平均412岁。观察各组的手术时间、出血量、膝关节术后首次锻炼时间、住院时间、医疗费用、并发症及远期膝关节功能情况，并进行统计学分析。结果66例患者均获得13-28个月的随访．平均侣．4个月。骨科线缆系统环扎固定组患者术后开始伸屈膝关节锻炼时间早，平均约4．9d，但医疗费用较贵，约为1．08万元。应用改良的Bostman髌骨骨折临床疗效评分标准评估远期疗效。骨科线缆系统治疗组优良率为94．7％，明显高于对照组。结论骨科线缆系统对髌骨骨折固定牢靠，具有膝关节锻练时间早．并发症少等优点．是治疗髌骨骨折的一种新的选择方法。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of orthopaedic cable system which was used as an alternative treatment for patella fractures. Methods 66 cases with patella fractures treated with orthopaedic cable system or sternal wire were retrospectively analyzed from February 2010 to October 2011. Among them, 36 patients, including 23 males and 13 females with the age of 19 to 77 years old （averaged 43.5 years old） were treated with orthopaedic cable system, and the other 30 patients, including 19 males and 11 females with the age of 21 to 72 years old （averaged 41.2 years old）, were treated with sternal wire. Operating time, blood loss, time of post-surgery knee exercise, length of hospitalization, medical expense, complications and long-term knee function were studied. All the data was analyzed and compared by statistical methods. Results 66 patients were followed up for 13 to 28 months （averaged 18.4 months）. Patients fixed with orthopaedic cable system could start an earlier knee exercise of extending and flexing （averaged 4.9 days）, while with more expense in medical usage （10, 800 RMB）. The good and excellent rate was 94.7% in patients treated with orthopaedic cable system, which was better than those in the control group. Conclusion orthopaedic cable system is a simple, stable and effective method for patella fracture, with earlier post-surgery knee exercise and fewer complications.
