摘  要:目的研究临床护理路径在初治菌阳肺结核患者中建立良好服药依从性、提高护理质量、提升护理满意度等方面的应用效果。方法将110例初治菌阳肺结核患者随机分为两组:55例患者实施传统治疗和护理为对照组,另55例患者实施临床护理路径为观察组。在住院期间及出院3个月后对所有患者进行问卷调查,比较分析两组患者问卷调查结果。结果观察组与对照组在服药依从性、护理质量、护理满意度方面比较差异均有显著意义(P〈0.01.P〈O.05),其中观察组89.09%的患者建立了良好的服药依从性,取得了96.9±0.67的护理质量综合成绩,对护理工作满意度达到93.9%。结论对初治菌阳肺结核患者实施临床护理路径,能有效提高患者服药依从性、护理质量及护理工作满意度,对加强护理管理及加快肺结核的控制有十分重要的意义。Objectlve Study of clinical nursing pathway in initial smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in a good compliance,improve nursing quality,enhance the nursing satisfaction and other aspects of the application. Methods 110 cases of primary smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into two groups: 55 patients implemented in conventional treatment and care for the control group, the other 55 cases the implementation of clinical nursing path for the observation group. During the hospitalization period and was discharged 3 months later for all patients were investigated with a questionnaire, comparative analysis of two groups of patients results of a questionnaire. Results The observation group and the control group in the medication compliance,nursing quality,nursing satisfaction difference was significant ( P〈0.01, P〈0.05 ),which was observed in group 89.09% patients with established a good compliance, made 96.9+ 0.67 nursing quality comprehensive score,on nursing job satisfaction reached 93.9%. Conclusion On new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the implementation of clinical nursing path,can effectively improve the patients" compliance, nursing quality and nursing work satisfaction, to strengthen nursing management and accelerate the development of tuberculosis control has very important significance.
