摘 要:通过宏观性能试验 ,结合石膏相分析、过饱和度及结晶水测定及DSC、SEM分析 ,对磷石膏的适宜炒制制度以及预处理方式对炒制建筑石膏性能的影响进行了研究 ,介绍了采用生石灰中和预处理磷石膏工业性生产建筑石膏的性能、能耗与经济分析。本文还介绍了煅烧磷石膏胶结材的性能试验结果。实验室研究与生产实践表明 。By means of substantial composition analysis, measurement of degree of supersaturation and content of consitution water, DSC, SEM, as well as macro\|property experiments, the proper calcining technology and the effects of different pretreatment methods on the microstructure of hardened body and properties of plaster of paris calcined from phosphogypsum were studied. This paper presents the properties, energy consumption, economic analysis of plaster of paris produced from pretreated phosphogypsum with quick lime in plant. Experimental result on the properties of anhydrate\|Ⅱ binder calcined from phosphogypsum at 800℃ is also described. Through laboratory investigation and production practice, results show that gypsum binder with excellent properties can be prepared from phosphogypsum neutralized with lime. \[
