摘 要:结晶轮是电工圆铝杆连铸连轧生产中的重要部件,起着梯形锭成型和满足连续生产条件的重要作用。由于恶劣的工作环境导致其常常出现变形、裂纹和疲劳损坏,破坏生产条件,增加生产成本。以结晶轮为研究对象,应用有限元方法建立结晶轮在连铸过程的温度-应力场的仿真系统,通过对结晶轮温度场和应力场的分析,对比均匀冷却和分段冷却工艺制度,分析结晶轮的失效原因,探索提高其使用寿命的有效方法。The crystallizing wheel plays an important role during aluminum bar continuous casting ,which sets the cast bar into trapezoidal shape to satisfy the next production proces- ses. Due to the crystallizing wheel works at adverse circumstances, which often made the crys- tallizer deformed, cracked or fatigue damaged. The problems lead the production conditions being damaged and production costs being increased. In this paper, the temperature field and stress field of crystallizing wheel have been investigated by finite element to simulate the con- tinuous casting temperature and stress field. The working condition and simulated condition have been compared with each other. The efficacy-losing reason of the continuous casting crystallizer has been analyzed. The method for increasing the working life of crystallizing wheel has been investigated.
