摘  要:用SEM和TEM等研究了Nb-V-Ti微合金钢的组织,特别是复合析出相的形貌和形成机制,并探讨了其对力学性能的影响。结果表明:试验用钢的组织为典型的铁素体-珠光体组织,TiN形成于连铸坯冷却过程的较高温度区间,形态经历了由球形向方形的长大过程;复合析出相包含Nb、V、Ti,NbC和VC依附于先析出的TiN表面以共格关系形核长大的,整体呈铆钉形或其它不规则形状,尺寸为50~70nm。Microstructure of Nb-V-Ti microalloyed steel was studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) , especially the morphology and forming mechanism of diphase precipitate of NbC-VC and TiN and the influence of the diphase precipitate on mechanical properties of the steel was investigated. The results show that the mierostructure of the test steel plate consists of ferrite and pearlite. The TiN particle forms at higher temperature region during the cooling process of continuous casting slabs, and experiences the growth process from sphericity to square. The diphase precipitate contains Nb,V,Ti, which is formed by NbC and VC particles nucleating and growing on the surface of prior precipitation of TiN with coherent relationship. The whole diphase precipitate is nail-shaped or other irregular shapes, and its size is about 50 -70 nm.
