摘  要:基于焊接结构件的时效成形工艺为大型整体壁板类零件的低成本制造提供了一条新思路。为评价该工艺的可行性并探索其实现基础,针对2A12铝合金典型筋板试验件,探索了其搅拌摩擦焊工艺,并对焊后筋板件的时效成形性进行了评价。结果表明,采用单独的T型搅拌摩擦焊工艺即可实现该类筋板件的焊接成形,且调整焊接工艺参数,可获得良好的焊接性能。焊接接头不同区域表现出与母材在组织和性能上的差异性,前进侧热机影响区为其薄弱区。焊后筋板件具有较好的蠕变时效成形效果,零件成形质量随时效时间和时效温度的增大而提高。The welded structure based creep age forming technique was provided a new way for the low-cost manufacturing of large scale integral panels. In order to evaluate the feasibility and to explore the realization basis of this technique, aiming at the typical 2A12 aluminum alloy rib-web parts, the friction stir welding technology was experimentally explored, and the successive creep age formability of the related welded parts were evaluated. Results show that the T-shaped friction stir welding alone can successfully realize the formation of the rib-web parts, and choosing appropriate welding parameters can result in good welding properties. Differences in microstructure and mechanical properties between the joints and the base metal are observed, and the weak point of the joint is located in the thermo- mechanically affected zone of the advance side. In addition, the welded parts have good creep age forming ability, and its forming quality improves with age time and age temperature increasing.
