摘 要:研究了充氢对NiTi(Nb)合金晶体结构与相变行为的影响。结果发现:随着充氢时间的延长,NiTi相中能发生可逆马氏体相变的体积逐渐减小,并在较短的充氢时间内失去可逆相变,从而导致Ti50.2Ni49.8合金中形状记忆效应降低,甚至消失。电解充氢后,NiTiNb合金脆性增加,并且失去超弹性性能。在室温下电解充氢,TiNiNb合金会形成NbH化合物。随着温度升高,这种氢化物会转变为Nb(H)固溶体。当充氢时间低于30 h时,低温峰和高温峰所对应的相变潜热随充氢时间的增长变化较快;充氢时间大于30h时,高低温峰的潜热随充氢时间的增长而变化缓慢。The effects of hydrogen charging on the phase transformation and crystal structure of NITi (Nb) alloy were studied. The result show that, with prolonging the charging time, the volume fxaction of NiTi phase which can exhibit reversible martensitic transformation gradually decreases and the reversible phase transformation completely vanishes in a short charging time which can lead to the deterioration and disappearance of shape memory effect. The brittleness of NITiNb alloy increases, the super-elasticity of NiTiNb alloy gets lost. The appearance of NbH compound which transforms into Nb(H) solid solution with temperature increasing. When the charging time is shorter than 30 h, the latent heat corresponding to low-temperature peak and high-temperature peak rapidly increases with prolonging charging time. However, when the charging time is longer than 30h, the change of latent heat tends to gentle.
