摘  要:综述了机械粉碎法、物理法、化学法和电解法制备金属基粉末以及超微粉末制备的原理、技术特点、研究进展和局限性;认为机械粉碎法需细化粉末粒度、扩大材料范围;避免合金粉末的偏析、细化粉末粒度以及减少粉末的污染将是物理法未来研究的重点;化学法能制备纳米级别的粉末,但粉末表面能高,必须采取有效手段抑制粉末颗粒的长大;超微粉末制备需防止粉末吸湿和团聚,降低成本。Powder metallurgy is one of major methods for preparing alloy and metal matrix composite, and powder preparing was a critical process of powder metallurgy. Powder preparing principle, technical characteristic, development and limitation of mechanical milling, physical preparing, chemical preparing and electrochemical synthesis were summarized. It is considered that powder refining and extending of material field are needed for mechanical milling. Avoiding segregation of alloy powder, powder refining and reducing pollution can be the topic of physical preparing research. Powder with nano-size can be prepared by chemical methods, but the powder should be restrained from coarsening for its high surface energy. Preparing of ultra-micro powder can develop to the direction of low cost and restrain the powder from moisture adoption and gathering.
