摘　　要：针对某国产300MW机组主蒸汽管道爆裂情况,通过取样对其进行宏观检查、化学成分分析、力学性能试验和金相检验,确认P91钢主汽管早期失效是造成爆裂的主要原因。Aiming at the bursting about 300 MW unit domestic main steam pipe, by macro-examination of the sampling, chemical composition analysis, mechanical testing and metallographic examination, it can be confirmed that the early failure of P91 steel main steam pipe is the main reason for cause bursting.
