原发性乳头内陷合并非哺乳期乳腺炎28例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性乳头内陷合并非哺乳期乳腺炎诊治的方法。方法选取2011年4月～2012年8月收治的原发性乳头内陷合并非哺期乳腺炎患者28例,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析与总结,所有患者全部行手术治疗。结果治愈25例(占89.3%),术后复发3例(占10.7%),复发患者在术中均未行乳头内陷的矫正。结论对原发性乳头内陷合并非哺乳期乳腺炎,手术治疗且行乳头内陷矫正是有效的治疗方法。Objective To analyse and research primary nipple retraction merger not lactation mastitis treatment method. Methods We enrolled in April 2011, 2012 - August primary nipple retraction merger not feed issue of mastitis patients and patients, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized,and patients all go to surgery. Results 25 patients were cured, 89.3%, 3 patients with postoperative recurrence, accounted for 10.7%, recurrence in patients with intraoperative all not line nipple retraction corrective. Conclusion The primary nipple retraction merger not lactation mastitis, surgical treatment and line nipple retraction of the correction is a effective treatment.
