缬沙坦联合培哚普利对高血压合并2型糖尿病患者的早期肾脏保护效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨缬沙坦联合培哚普利治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病的早期肾脏保护效果。方法选取佛山市南海区罗村医院2010年7月～2011年7月收治的120例高血压合并2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组给予缬沙坦联合培哚普利治疗,对照组给予缬沙坦治疗。结果治疗后各项检测指标均下降,观察组与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论缬沙坦联合培哚普利治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病早期肾脏保护效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective Study of valsartan combined with perindopril in hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes in patients with early kidney protection effect. Methods Selected in our hospital from 2010 July - 2011 year in July treated hypertensive patients complicated with type 2 diabetes in 120 cases, were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, each group with 60 cases in each. Observation group were given valsartan combined perindopril treatment. The control group were given valsartan therapy. Results After treatment the patients to detect targets were decreased, the observation group compared with the control group, P〈0.05 has significant differences, with statistical significance. Conclusion Effect of valsartan combined with perindopril in hypertensive patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus early kidney protection effect, worthy of clinical application.
