强脉冲光对预防面部烧伤创面色素沉着的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察强脉冲光(intense pulsed light,IPL)预防性治疗面部烧伤创面愈合后色素沉着的临床疗效。方法面部火焰烧伤深Ⅱ°创面愈合后患者40例,随机分为两组:IPL治疗组20例,对照组20例。创面经非手术自然上皮化愈合后1周内,治疗组采用IPL对创面进行色素预防性治疗,每次间隔3～4周,治疗4～5次,并防晒、辅助弹力面罩压迫抗瘢痕治疗;对照组只防晒、辅助弹力面罩压迫抗瘢痕治疗,不做IPL治疗,以治疗前后的照片为对比,分别计算创面愈合后1、3、6和12个月色素沉着所占创伤面积的百分比。结果经过12个月随访,IPL治疗组色素沉着防治效果较对照组明显,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 IPL是一种有效的防治面部烧伤创面愈合后色素沉着的治疗方法,操作简单、不良反应少。Objective To investigate the effect of intensive pulse light （IPL） on preventing the skin pigmentation that may occur after face burn. Methods Altogether 40 patients with face burn were randomly divided into two groups after the face burn healed： the IPL group and the control group. Each group consisted of 20 patients. After the wounds were healed, the patients in the IPL group were treated with the Queen IPL system and protected with sun - blocking measures during the treatments. Each patient in the IPL group was given 4 or 5 times of treatment with an interval of 3 or 4 weeks while those in the conlTol group were only under sun - blocking protection. Results No serious skin pigmentation was found in the IPL group. The 12 month follow-up showed obviously lighter skin pigmentation in the IPL group than in the control group. Conclusions For skin pigmentation prevention, IPL is an effective and simple method that evokes few complications.
