摘 要:目的探讨三维数字减影血管造影(3D-DSA)重建成像的测量误差。资料与方法在自制模体内放置9个直径为10mm的钢球,呈十字排列且平行于床面,钢球之间间隔3.5cm,钢球距床面高17cm,运用DSA机在视野20cm下做三维采集,将采集到的图像传至ADW4.3工作站行血管容积再现(VR)重建,在不同角度下测量每个钢球的直径,计算其放大率,比较不同区域的放大率,并观察钢球的变形失真情况。结果中央区放大率为-0.30%~0.30%,内带区放大率为0.30%~1.00%,外带区放大率为0.7%~1.70%。外带区放大率大于内带区和中央区(P<0.01),内带区放大率大于中央区(P<0.01)。钢球的变形失真率极小。结论 3D-DSA重建成像的测量能基本反映真实物体的大小及形状,其测量误差在介入手术中是可以接受的。Purpose To explore the measurement error of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography (3D-DSA) construction imaging. Materials and Methods Nine steel-balls (diameter of 10 mm) were placed in the homemade phantom, arranged in cross and parallel to the surfhce of the bed. The interval of the steel-balls was 3.5 cm, and the distance between steel-balls and bed was 17 cm. Homemade phantom was put into the scanner and 3D-DSA was performed. All data were transferred to ADW 4.3 workstation to reconstruct volume rendering (VR) imaging. The magnification of different zones and deformation of steel-balls were observed and statistical analyzed. Results The magnification of central zone, inner zone and outer zone were 0.30%-0.30%, 0.3%-1.00% and 0.7%-1.70%, respectively. The magnification of the outer zone was more than that of the inner zone and the central zone, and the magnification of inner zone was more than that of the central zone (P〈0.01), The deformation of steel balls was very little. Conclusion The measurement of 3D-DSA construction imaging evaluated by homemade phantom is feasible which can reflect the shape of the model. The error of measurement is acceptable in interventional operation.
