摘 要:依据BS 7448标准,对国产轧制态、调质处理(QT)态和两相区热处理(IHT)态的9Ni钢分别进行了-196℃裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)测试,并对断口形貌进行了观察。结果表明:QT态钢具有最好的超低温断裂韧性,轧制态钢的断裂韧性比QT态和IHT态的低很多;轧制态、QT态和IHT态钢的稳定扩展区断口全部为韧窝形貌,呈韧性断裂。The 9Ni steels at different states, rolling and the ordinary quenching tempering (QT) and interstitial heat treatment(IHT) were studied by crack tip opening displacement (CTOD) test according to BS7448 at -196 ℃. The fracture morphology was observed. The results indicated the specimen after QT treatment showed the best fracture toughness at uhralow temperature, and the fracture toughness of the specimen at rolled state was lower than that after QT treatment and IHT treatment. The fracture morphology of the tabilization expands area of specimens after rolling, QT treatment and IHT treatment were all dimple patterns with the features of ductile fracture.
