摘  要:目的探讨磁共振各序列成像对膝关节骨挫伤的诊断。方法63例膝关节损伤,采用GE1.5T超导型核磁共振成像仪和膝关节表面线圈检查,分别采用自旋回波序列、梯度回波序列、脂肪抑制序列及DWI做矢状位、冠状位及横断位扫描。结果本组63例76个病灶骨挫伤MRI表现为:全部病灶T2WI示片状、地图样的非线性低信号;T2WI为边界欠清晰、信号不均的略高或高信号的病灶37个,STIR脂肪抑制序列上表现为较其他序列更为明显的高信号的病灶76个。DWI图上均为高信号。结论MRI常规序列及DWI是诊断骨挫伤最有效的检查方法之一,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To study the significance of MRI imaging with different squences in diagnosis of bone contusion of the knee. Methods 63 cases with contusion of the knee underwent MR imaging examination by using SE,GE and STIR sequences at sag- ittal plane,coronal plane and cross-section plane. Results There were totally 76 lesions in 63 cases. The lesions were irregular patch- ies or map-like with low signal intense on T1WI, inhomogeneous slight hyperintense with unclear margins on T2 WI in 37 lesions and hyperintense on STIR Sat suppression sequence, which were obvious hyperintense compared to other sequences, while the lesions were hyperintense on DWI. Conclusion MRI and DWI are the best diagnostic methods for the evaluation of bone contusion of the knee joint, which are of important clinical value.
