碘化油与碘普罗胺在子宫输卵管造影中的对比及改良造影法的应用

摘　　要：目的对比分析碘化油及碘普罗胺在子宫输卵管造影（HSG）中的优缺点，探讨改良造影法的应用价值。方法用改良造影法以碘化油、碘普罗胺为对比剂进行子宫输卵管造影各300例。对碘化油与碘普罗胺在HSG的影像质量、通畅率、腹痛发生率、术后受孕等进行对比。并分析改良法应用的优势。结果2种对比剂在影像质量、通畅率方面无显著差异。应用碘化油造影对输卵管疾患的诊断准确性较碘普罗胺高，且具有一定的通管治疗作用，改良法应用可减少患者照射量。结论用改良造影法碘化油进行HSG检查图像质量高，具有疏通输卵管作用，减少患者辐射量。Objective To compare the advantage and disadvantage of hysterosalpingography （HSG） with iodized oil and nonionic contrast agent-lopromide, and to evaluate the value of modified method. Methods 300 patients underwent improved HSG with io- dized oil and iopromide agent. The imaging quality, patent rate of salpinx, abdominalgia incidence, ingravidation rate after operation were analyzed comparatively, and the advantages of improved HSG were also evaluated. Results There were no statiatically signi- cant different in imaging quality and patent rate between two group with different contrast medium. The diagnostic accuracy of HSG with iodized oil for tubal disease was higher than that with iopromide, and was of recanalization of fallopain tube. Improved HSG can reduce the exposure of radiation to the patients during operation. Conclusion Modified HSG with iodized oil has many advantages in- cluding excellent imaging quality, reeanalization and reduce the exposure of radiation to the patients.
