某市涉性服务娱乐场所调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查安徽省某市提供商业性性服务的娱乐场所数量及女性性服务工作者（聆ws）人数，为该市高危行为干预工作提供依据。方法通过实地调查，获取调查地区所有娱乐场所的名单；通过重要知情人士访谈，识别出提供商业性性服务的娱乐场所；采用普查法对所有识别出的提供性服务场所的FSW进行调查。结果该市提供商业性性服务的娱乐场所约有613家，主要集中于美容美发、保健按摩和足疗店（53．34％）；FSWs约4545人，以桑拿、洗浴中心最多（32．76％）。以一次性交易价格作为分类变量，低档涉性服务场所数量最多（54．49％）；而中档涉性服务场所的FSWs人数最多（42．73％）。结论该市涉性服务娱乐场所和FSWs分布与地域、社会群体和经济发展密切相关。Objective To estimate the number of commercial female sex workers （FSWs） in entertainment establishments in a certain city of Anhui province, and provide evidence for high risk behavior intervention. Methods The list of entertainment establishments in the city was collected by field visits. The establishments providing commercial sex service were identified with the help of the key informants. Census method was employed to estimate the number of FSWs working in all the identified establishments. Results A total of 613 entertainment establishments provided commercial sex service, most establishments （53.34 % ） were hair-saloons, health massage centre and pedicure saloons. The nunrber of FSWs was approximately 4545, most FSWs （32.76%） worked in sauna parlor and hath center. The entertainment establishments were classified according to the price of one sexual deal and most establishments （54.49%） were low-grade. Most FSWs （42.73%） worked in the mid-grade establishments. Conclusions The distribution of the entertainment establishments providing commercial sex service and FSWs is related to area, population and economy.
