摘　　要：利用2,5-噻吩二羧酸和N,N’-二环己基二亚胺合成了一种新的化合物,即2,5-二(N-环己烷-N-环己胺甲酰基)氨基甲酰基噻吩.用质谱、元素分析、IR对该化合物进行了结构表征,并利用X射线单晶衍射仪对其结构进行了鉴定.结果表明,该化合物属于正交晶系,空间群为C 2/c,晶胞参数:a=1.041 5(1)nm,b=3.169 1(2)nm,c=2.131 7(1)nm,α=90°,β=90°,γ=90°;V=7.036 5(9)nm3,Z=8,Dc=1.104 g.cm-3,F(000)=252 8,最终偏差因子为R1=0.048 2,wR2=0.070 3和R1=0.051 1,wR2=0.0876.2,5-thiophene-dicarboxylic acid and N,N＇-dicyclohexyl earbodiimide are used to synthesize a new compound, i.e., N2,NS-dicyclohexyl-N2,NS-bis （cyclohexyl carbamoyl） thiophene-2,5-dicarboxamide. Mass spectrometry, elemental analysis and IR are adopted to characterize the structure of this compound and this structure is identified by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The results show that the compound belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group is C 2/c, and the cell parameters are： a = 1.041 5（1） nm, b = 3.169 1（2） nm, c = 2.131 7（1） nm, α = 90°, β = 90°, γ = 90°; V= 7.036 5（9） nm3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.104 g.cm3, F（000） = 252 8; the final deviation factor RI = 0.048 2, wR2 = 0.070 3 andR1 = 0.051 1, wR2 = 0.087 6.
