摘　　要：针对新建非住宅建筑的英国绿色建筑评价体系BREEAM 2011现已实施,本文从适用建筑类型、评价指标体系、评分和分级方法、评价阶段等方面对其进行了介绍,并在纵向上将其与此前的BREEAM 2008、横向上将其与我国的评价体系和标准进行了比较。同时,重点讨论了BREEAM 2011如何替代此前分别用于不同建筑类型的8个2008版。最后,对其管理方面条文、多项量化指标、限定创新技术方向等技术特点进行了总结,可供我国绿色建筑评价体系借鉴。The BREEAM 2011 version has been the current version for new building assessment since July 2011.In this paper,BREEAM 2011 version was briefly introduced in terms of applicable building types,assessment index system,scoring and rating system,assessment stages,etc.Meanwhile,the comparisons between BREEAM 2011 version and BREEAM 2008 version and the assessment system and standard in China were given out.Furthermore,with a focus on its replacement on 8 schemes for different building types respectively in BREEAM 2008 version,the solutions were analyzed.At last,several technical features of BREEAM 2011 version for our consideration were discussed,including management issues,quantitative indices and finite innovation.
