摘 要:以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、保坍助剂和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,在引发剂过硫酸铵(APS)和链转移剂巯基乙酸(TGA)作用下,直接聚合制得羧酸类接枝共聚物高效保坍剂,探讨了大单体、引发剂、链转移剂、功能性单体等用量及聚合温度对聚合产物分散性和保塑性的影响。合成的高效保坍剂与聚羧酸减水剂复配后效果明显优于单掺,将固含量10%的合成羧酸类接枝共聚物高效保坍剂与聚羧酸减水剂按7∶3复配,当掺量为1.8%时,混凝土1 h坍落度基本无损失。A new carboxylic grafted polymer high efficiency slump retaining agent was directly polymerized using TPEG, slump retaining auxiliaries and acrylic acid (AA) as mon6mers, ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator and mercaptoacetie aeid(TGA) as chain transfer agent. The influence of macromer dosage,initiator dosage,chain transfer agent dosage,functional monomer dosage and reaction temperature on dispersion property and fluidity-retaining ability of superplasticizer was studied. The effect of product mixed witl superp[asticizer is obviously better than that of single using. When the ratio between product containing 10% solid content and superplasticizer is 7:3, and the. adding content is 1.8%,there is basically no slump loss in 1 hour.
