摘 要:在总结分析传统船形FPSO特点的基础上,提出了一种多筒式FPSO的概念设计。多筒式FPSO整体采用钢筋混凝土结构具有造价低和抗腐蚀等优点,并可以钻井和安装干式井口。针对多筒式FPSO,计算分析了该结构的完整稳性和破舱稳性。考虑南海海域100米水深海洋环境条件,进行了新型多筒式FPSO的频域响应分析,得到了多筒式FPSO运动和波浪载荷响应幅值算子(RAOs),以及运动响应的短期统计。研究表明新型多筒式FPSO具有良好的稳性和水动力性能。Based on summing up and analyzing the characteristics of the conventional ship-shaped FPSO, a conceptual design of a multi-cylindrical FPSO is presented. The multi-cylindrical FPSO is mainly made of reinforced concrete, which produces a low cost, the advantage of corrosion resistance, and the feasibility of drilling and installing dry wellhead. For the multi-cylindrical FPSO, the intact stability and damage stability are calculated. Considering the marine environmental conditions of the South China Sea area with the water depth of lOOm, the hydrodynamic analysis in frequency domain is performed, and the response amplitude operators (RAOs) for FPSO motion and wave load acting on the FPSO are obtained, and the short-term statistics for FPSO motion is also derived. The studies have shown that the new multi-cylindrical FPSO has a good stability and hydrodynamic performance.
