我国城乡居民医药卫生支出的消费倾向研究

摘　　要：为了解我国城乡居民在医药卫生支出方面的消费倾向,文章利用国家卫生服务调查的数据估算了各调查时点城乡居民的平均消费倾向与边际消费倾向情况。结果显示其平均消费倾向变化不大,但农村一直高于城市居民,提示我国现阶段的卫生经济政策应继续致力于降低居民医药卫生费用的个人支付比例,同时要加强对农村地区的支持力度。To explore the propensity to health services consumption of rural and urban residents in China ,the marginal pro- pensity and average propensity to consume health services were estimated with data from national health services survey. The re- sults showed that the average propensity consumption of health services had few change in the past 15 years, while it was higher in rural residents than that in urban residents. It was suggested that China＇s policies on health economy should keep on reducing the proportion to medical and health costs for residents and strengthening economic support on rural areas.
