摘　　要：目的:了解重庆市乡镇卫生院人力资源现况,为进一步做好农村卫生工作提供决策参考。方法:采用问卷调查方式,获得乡镇卫生院人力资源状况,并应用描述性统计方法进行统计分析。结果:重庆市乡镇卫生院医护比为1:0.72(医师37.24%,护理人员26.74%);职称以初级职称为主(63.73%),其次为无职称(20.88%);人员的总体学历水平比较低,以大专为主(53.48%)。结论:重庆市乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员缺乏,总体素质不高,技术职称水平亟待提高。Objective To study the status of health human resources of township health clinics in Chongqing, and provide ref- erences for improving rural health services. Methods The status of health human resources of township health clinics in Chongqing was surveyed by questionnaires. And data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. Results The proportion of doctors to nurses was 1：0.72. Most of them had elementary professional title （63.73%）,followed with staffs without professional title （20.88%）. Most of them had education background of junior college （53.48%）. Conclusion The amount of professionals in township health clinics in Chongqing is insufficient with lower quality and professional titles,which needs to be improved.
