温针灸结合耳穴贴压治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经及其并发单纯性肥胖病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸结合耳穴贴压治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经及其并发单纯性肥胖病的临床疗效。方法:将87例寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经患者分为无并发症痛经组和痛经并发单纯性肥胖病组,均采用温针灸结合耳穴贴压治疗3疗程,治疗前和每疗程结束后记录患者的症状、体征、痛经症状积分和肥胖指标。结果:经治疗后2组患者的痛经症状积分和痛经并发单纯性肥胖病组患者的肥胖指标均下降,并随着治疗疗程的延长呈递减趋势;每疗程结束后,无并发症痛经组总有效率均高于痛经并发单纯性肥胖病组(1疗程97.73%/72.09%,P<0.05;2疗程100%/86.04%,P<0.05;3疗程100%/86.04%,P>0.05)。结论:温针灸结合耳穴贴压治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经,无论有无并发单纯性肥胖病均有镇痛疗效,且对无并发单纯性肥胖病患者的镇痛疗效优于并发单纯性肥胖病患者;同时对并发单纯性肥胖病患者具有镇痛和减肥双重疗效。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of warming acupuncture combined with auricular pressing therapy for primary dysmenorrhea of cold-damp stagnation type and its complicated simple obesity. Methods： Eighty-seven cases of primary dysmenorrhea of cold-damp stagnation type were divided into two groups. The patients in group A had complicated simple obesity, and patients in group B had no complicated simple obesity. All of the patients were treated with warming acupuncture combined with auricular pressing therapy for 3 courses. The changes of symptoms and signs,dysmenorrhea score and obesity indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results- After treatment, dysmenorrhea score and obesity indexes were decreased in two groups, and the decrease was slowed down with the prolongation of treatment course. At the end of each treatment course,group B had higher effective rate than group A（97.73%/72.09% at the end of course one, P 〈 0.05; 100%/86.04% at the end of course two, P 〈 0.05; 100%/86.04%, at the end of course three, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Warming acupuncture combined with auricular pressing therapy has analgesic action for primary dysmenorrhea of cold-damp stagnation type with or without simple obesity, and the action is stronger in patients without simple obesity than in patients with simple obesity.
