摘 要:为检验湖南矮寨大桥加劲梁施工采用的轨索滑移法中运梁系统的可行性、合理性与可靠性,对试验模型进行设计研究。根据试验目的,确定采用单侧主缆、6节间足尺节段模型;以实桥运梁车和加劲梁段作用后的各吊点相对位置设计刚性支架的吊点位置;采用一端固定岩锚式、另一端连接滑轮组的平衡配重式轨索约束方式。对于模型关键结构,固定式锚碇采用CPS预应力岩锚模拟;重力式锚碇采用C30大体积混凝土预埋锚柱模拟;轨索支承结构采用钢管柱模拟;试验梁段采用实心变截面混凝土块。对模型进行安装、调试,结果表明,模型加工工艺、安装方案可行。To check if the girder block carrier system of the rail cable launching method used for erection of the stiffening girder of the Aizhai Bridge in Hunan was feasible,rational and reliable,the model for testing of the method was designed and studied.According to the purpose of the testing,it was determined that a full-scale sectional model having one-side main cable and 6 panels of the girder would be employed.The suspending point locations of the rigid supports were designed in the light of the relative locations of the various suspending points after they were acted by the girder block carrier and the girder blocks of the actual bridge.The restraint way of a rail cable was the balanced counterweight type,in which one end of the cable was fixed in the rock anchor and the other end was connected with the pulley blocks.For the critical structures of the model,the fixed anchor was simulated by the CPS prestressed rock anchor,the gravity anchor was simulated by the pre-embedded C30 massive concrete anchor posts and the support structure of the rail cable was simulated by the steel pipe column.The tested girder blocks were the solid concrete beam blocks of variable sections and the model was finally well adjusted and installed.The results showed that the fabrication workmanship and installation scheme for the model were feasible.
