摘　　要：为避免软组织肿瘤的误诊和误治,在诊断中应重视首次诊断,重视诊断过程中正确的体检方法,了解术前活检的利弊和注意事项,重视临床、影像和病理三者的密切结合,及时了解分子生物学检测和基因检测在软组织肿瘤诊断中的意义。In order to avoid misdiagnoses and incorrect treatments in soft tissue tumors, we should pay great attention to the first time diagnosis and try our bests in giving a correct diagnosis when using a correct physical examination. We should also know all the advantages and disadvantages of biopsy before operation. Combined knowledge of clinical, image and pathology should be used when making diagnosis. Besides these, we should further master the applications of tests of molecular biology and gene in diagnoses of soft tissue tumors.
