摘 要:为研究开关柜内部各部件对超高频信号传播的具体影响,优化开关柜内超高频传感器的安装位置,运用时域有限差分(finite-difference time-domain,FDTD)法,建立了开关柜1:1精确模型,并对不同部件对电磁波传播的影响进行了仿真分析。仿真结果得出:电流传感器(current transformer,TA)和母线对电磁波信号有较强的衰减作用,绝缘子会引起明显的波形畸变,而断路器对电磁波信号的影响有限。通过在仿真模型中不同位置设置放电点和检测点,综合考虑不同放电情况下各检测点的总体检测效果及检测波动性,并通过试验验证,最终确定了开关柜前柜底板右侧为传感器最佳安装位置。In order to investigate the influence of each component of switchgear on the propagation characteristics of ultra-high-frequency(UHF) signals and to optimize the location of inner UHF sensor inside switchgears,a precise simulation model of switchgear was established by the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method,and the influence of each component of the model on UHF signal propagation was simulatively analyzed based on the model.According to the simulation,current transformer(TA) and bus would make the electromagnetic waves to attenuate greatly,and insulator would cause significant distortion of the electromagnetic wave.Meanwhile,circuit breaker hardly affected the waves.Setting some discharged points and monitoring points in the simulation model,and considering both the overall detection performance and the volatility of each detection point,we determined the optimal location of the inner UHF sensor to be the right side of bottom plate in the front cabinet,which was verified by experiments.
