摘 要:CF3I气体是SF6气体的一种可能替代,然而其较高的液化温度使其难以用在气体绝缘设备中。为此,将CF3I气体和氮气混合,通过实验研究了压强、电负性气体(CF3I或SF6气体)与混合气体的气压比值(混合比)、电极距离3个因素对CF3I/N2混合气体局部放电起始电压的影响,并与相同情况下SF6/N2混合气体的局部放电起始电压进行了对比。实验结果表明:随着混合比和电极距离的增大,CF3I/N2混合气体与SF6/N2混合气体局放起始电压的比值呈现增长趋势;气压的变化对2种混合气体局放起始电压的影响大致相同;N2能较大程度地改善纯CF3I气体对不均匀电场的敏感程度,且N2体积分数为20%的CF3I/N2混合气体液化温度为-22.35~-18.35°C,其局放起始电压为纯SF6气体的0.7倍左右。因此从局放特性角度看,混合比为20%的CF3I/N2混合气体有可能代替SF6气体被用于气体绝缘设备。CF3I has been considered as a potential alternative to SF6,but it is difficult to apply pure CF3I in gas-insulated power apparatuses because of its high liquefaction temperature.Therefore,we mixed CF3I with N2,and experimentally studied the effect of gas pressure,pressure ratio of electronegative gas,such as CF3I or SF6 the mixed gas(mixing ratio),and electrodes distance on the partial discharge initial voltage of the CF3I-N2 mixtures.The results were also compared with those of SF6-N2 mixture under the same conditions.It is concluded that,with the increase of mixing ratio and electrode distances,the ratio of the partial discharge initial voltage of CF3I/N2 mixture to that of SF6/N2 mixture shows a growing trend;the gas pressure shows a similar impact on the ratio.It is proved that mixing with N2 improves the sensitivity of pure CF3I gas in non-uniform electric field.The CF3I-N2 mixture with a N2 volume fraction of 20%(20% CF3I-N2 mixture) has a liquefaction temperature of-22.35~-18.35°C,and its partial discharge initial voltage is about 0.7 times as that of pure SF6.Therefore,from the aspect of partial discharge performance,20% CF3I-N2 mixture can be considered a capable substitute of SF6 for gas-insulated power apparatuses.
