摘 要:目的:评价与比较5家医药机构的药师服务质量,为医疗机构实行员工绩效考核提供参考。方法:基于"结构-过程-结果"质量评价理论,构建医疗机构药师服务质量评价指标体系,采用层次分析法对指标体系进行赋权,运用层次-灰色关联法评价与比较5家(甲、乙、丙、丁、戊)医疗机构的药师服务质量水平。结果与结论:药学服务项目、患者治愈情况和药学服务费用明细等指标权重较大,是药师服务质量评价的决定因素。5家医疗机构药师服务质量排序为乙>戊>丙>丁>甲。大型综合性或专科性医疗机构的药师服务质量加权关联度更高。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate and compare pharmacist services quality in 5 medical institutions,the staff appraisal for medical institutions to provide reference.METHODS:Based on the theory of"structure-process-result"quality evaluation,evaluation index system of pharmacist services had been established.Weightings of indicator system had been determined by analytic hierarchy process,and the qualities of pharmacist services were evaluated and compared among 5 medical institutions(A,B,C,D,E)by hierarchy-gray correlation analysis.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS:As pharmaceutical care item,health of patient and details of pharmaceutical care cost have large weight,they are the determinant factors of pharmacist services evaluation.The order of pharmacist services quality among 5 medical institutions is BECDA.Large comprehensive and specialized medical institutions have a higher weighted correlation degree of pharmacist services quality.
