摘　　要：《水利水电土建工程施工合同条件》(GF—2000—0208)颁布施行十余年,具有里程碑意义。但施行过程中,也存在部分违反平等、公平、合法原则而订立施工合同的情况,给水利水电工程建设领域健康有序发展带来不利影响,通过分析《施工合同条件》执行中存在的问题,提出了解决问题的对策建议。Water conservancy and hydropower civil works construction contract conditions （GF-2000-0208） have been promulgated in more than ten years, which is a milestone significance. However, in the implementation pro- cess, there are violation equality, fairness and legal principles. It has impact on healthy and orderly development in the water conservancy and hydropower construction field. By analyzing the problems which exist in the execu- tion of construction contract conditions, solutions are proposed.
