摘　　要：在长期的水利工程管理实践中,江苏省盐城市水利工程管理处创新理念、追求卓越,探索走出了一条独具特色的射阳河闸"文化管理"之路:融入地域文化,发掘闸史文化,打造环境文化,弘扬精神文化,建设管理文化,并阐述了射阳河闸"文化管理"的理念建立、实践过程和作用效应。In the long-term management practice of water conservancy projects, water conservancy project manage- ment in Yancheng City of Jiangsu Province with innovative ideas and the pursuit of excellence, explores the unique road of Sheyang floodgate culture management. It integrates into regional culture, explores the floodgate history and culture, creates environmental culture, promotes spiritual culture, constructs management culture, and elaborates the concept establishment, the practice process and the action effects of Sheyang floodgate culture management.
