摘　　要：对我国地方政府投融资平台的总体状况进行了概述并选取较有特点的4家作重点分析,通过水利投融资平台与案例的对比,提出可供水利投融资平台发展借鉴的5点启示:水利投融资平台的建设必须在政府主导下规范运行;依托平台整合相关项目,提升综合融资水平和盈利能力;积极开拓有效的担保渠道和更多的融资途径;加强部门间协调,为水利投融资平台创造更为有利的政策环境;加大人才引进和培养力度。The overall situation of local government investment and financing platform is summarized and 4 typical cases are selected to analyze. Through the comparison, 5 enlightenments is put forward for the development of the water conservancy investment and financing platform including that the construction of water conservancy investment and financing platform should be run under the leading of the government, the comprehensive level of financing and profitability should be enhanced relaying on the platform integrated related projects, the effective assurance channels and more financing channels should be explored actively, communication among government departments should be strengthened and create more favorable policy environment for water conservancy investment and financing platform , the introduction and cultivation for talents should be strengthened.
