摘 要:本试验研究了不同粉碎粒度小麦对蛋雏鸡生长性能、抗体水平及粗蛋白质消化率的影响。试验选用21日龄海兰褐雏鸡640只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复20只鸡。试验Ⅰ组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别饲喂小麦过2、4、6 mm筛的小麦型日粮(小麦使用比例为70%,并添加木聚糖酶)。各处理组除小麦外的其他主要原料粉碎后过4 mm筛。试验期为6周。结果显示:(1)各处理组雏鸡体重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比等生长性能指标均无显著差异(P>0.05),但试验Ⅲ组粗蛋白质消化率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);(2)各处理组新城疫、禽流感H5-4及禽流感H9的抗体滴度无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,日粮中使用不同粉碎粒度(2、4、6 mm)的小麦并同时添加木聚糖酶时,对4~9周蛋雏鸡生长性能及抗体水平无不良影响,但小麦粉碎粒度为4 mm时,粗蛋白质消化率最高。The trial was conducted to study the effects of wheat particle size on growth performance, antibody levels and crude protein digestibility of layer chickens.Six hundred and forty layer chickens with 21 days old were randomly di- vided into 4 groups with 8 replicates of 20 each.The dietary treatments were as follows: the test Ⅰ was fed with corn- based diet sieved by 4 mm, test Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were fed with diet containing xylanase and 70% wheat sieved by 2,4,6 mm,respectively.Other main dietary ingredients except wheat were ground to pass 4 mm sieve.The results showed that:(1 )After 6 weeks,no significant difference in growth performance such as body weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio was observed among four groups (P 〉 0.05 ).However, chickens in test m had higher apparent digestibility of crude protein than other groups (P 〈 0.05 ); (2)Hemagglutination inhibition (HI)antibody titers against Newcastle disease virus(NDV),H5-4 and H9 avian influenza virus showed no significantly difference among four groups (P 〉 0.05).The results suggested that there were no adverse effects on performance and antibody levels of layer chickens fed wheat sieved by 2,4,6 mm,in condition of wheat-based diets supplemented with xylanase,while medium wheat particle size(4 mm)was advantageous to crude protein digestibility of layer chickens.
