摘　　要：目的:介绍德国最新的药物经济学评价方法,为我国提供参考。方法:通过对成本效益评估与效率边界分析的理论阐述与分析,明确其对我国的借鉴意义。结果:成本效益评估与效率边界分析具有一定的优势,同时也带来了一些争议。结论:深入研究德国的成本效益评估与效率边界分析,汲取其中的可取之处将会对完善药物经济学评价方法体系起到积极的推进作用。Objective： To introduce the pharmacoeconomic evaluation method in Germany and the implications for China. Methods： The cost-benefit assessment and efficiency frontier approach were summarized and analyzed, and its meaning for China was clarified. Results： The cost-benefit assessment and efficiency frontier approach have some advantages, but simultaneously there are also some controversies. Conclusion： Through in-depth study of the German cost-benefit assessment and efficiency frontier approach, and learning the merits and strong points, the pharmacoeconomic evaluation methods in China will be perfected.
