摘 要:为确保近距离保护层工作面的生产安全,采用分源预测法对罗州煤矿首采工作面瓦斯涌出规律进行分析,研究表明,本煤层瓦斯涌出占16.9%,上邻近层瓦斯涌出占50.7%,下邻近层瓦斯涌出占32.4%。在此基础上对罗州煤矿瓦斯抽采方案进行优化设计,提出了首采工作面采用本煤层顺层平行斜交钻孔与采空区埋管抽采并结合通风稀释瓦斯、上邻近层采用高抽巷抽采环形裂隙圈内高浓度瓦斯、下邻近层采用底板穿层钻孔抽采底鼓断裂带和底鼓变形带内的卸压解吸瓦斯。并通过保护层卸压开采配合卸压瓦斯强化抽采方法,降低了卸压煤层瓦斯含量,消除了被保护层煤与瓦斯突出危险性。In order to ensure the production safety of the coal mining face in a protective seam with a close distance to other seams, an individual resource prediction method was applied to the analysis on the gas emission law of the first coal mining face in Luozhou Mine. The study showed that the gas emission form the mining seam was taken 16 %, the gas emission from the top neighboring seam was taken 50. 7% and the gas emission from the below neighboring seam was taken 32. 4%. Base on the circumstances, an optimized design was conducted on the gas drainage plan of Luozhou Mine, the paper proposed that the in - seam parallel inclined cross boreholes in mining seam and the pipeline buried in the goaf were applied to the first coal mining face for the gas drainage and with the ventilation for the gas dilution, boreholes in the high level gateway were applied to the top neighboring seam for the high content gas drainage within the circular crack ring and the floor through bed boreholes were applied to the below neighboring seam for the pressure released desorbed gas in the floor heave crack zone and floor heave deformation zone. With the pressure released mining in the protective seam with the pressure released enhanced gas drainage method, the gas content in the pressure released seam was reduced and the coal and gas outburst danger of the protected seam was eliminated.
