摘　　要：在KDON-4000/4000型空分设备试车及运行过程中,发生了冷水机组低压跳车、板翅式换热器冻堵、分子筛吸附器程控阀打不开的故障,分析了故障发生的原因后,采取相应措施排除故障,使空分设备的运行安全性和稳定性得到提高。简介故障发生时的异常现象,阐述故障排除过程和效果。At trial run and during operation of Model KDON-4000/4000 air separation plant, troubles occurred such as low-pressure trip of water chiller set, freezing blocking of plate-fin heat exchanger and failure to open the program-controlled valve molecular sieve adsorber. The safety and reliability of operation of air separation plant is improved after briefed and the taking corrective measures on basis of analysis of the said troubles. The abnormalities at trouble are correction process and the obtained effects are detailed.
