摘 要:模板是注塑机合模机构的重要组成部分,在注塑机中有固定模具和运动导向作用。在注塑机的设计和使用过程中,模板的变形十分复杂,其性能直接影响到注塑机的成本、精度和使用寿命。通过ANSYS有限元分析和模板的应力、应变计算,提出模板分析和优化设计方法,并在机器上实际测量了模板的变形。通过定模板的数值分析和实验测量数据的对比,验证了所提出方法的有效性。此方法可以用于指导模板结构的设计,实现应力分布优化,进而提高注塑机的寿命、节约模板材料。The platens were important parts for the injection molding machine,and played a guiding role in the process of movement of the clamping mechanism. When the injection molding machine was designed and used, the deformation of the platens was complex process,by which directly affected the cost, accuracy and working life of injection molding machine. The stress and strain of machine platens were calculated and analyzed by ANSYS finite element software,the platen analysis and optimized design were given, and the deformation of the actual machine platens were measured. The compare of deformation of fixed platen between numerical analysis and practiced measure data verified the validity of this proposed method which could be used to guide the design of platen structure to achieve optimal stress distribution, and then was useful to improve the life of the injection molding machine, and saved the platen material.
