摘　　要：本文简单介绍了胶原蛋白的结构和用途,总结了提取胶原蛋白的方法。归纳了胶原蛋白的结构表征方法,阐述了胶原蛋白分子量的测定方法,为胶原蛋白的应用提供了一定的依据。最后,本文还对胶原蛋白分子量的控制进行了展望。This paper briefly described the structure and application of the collagen and summarized the extraction method of collagen. The characterization method of the structure of collagen and molecular weight determination method were concluded so as to provide evidences for the application of collagen. Finally, the control of molecular weight of collagen was forecasted.
