摘　　要：当前,电子采购系统由于成本低廉,提高采购效率,并可加强信息共享,因而受到企业特别是中小企业的欢迎,成为企业实施电子采购策略的一个主要平台和主流形式。论文分析了电子采购系统的类型、流程和结构等方面,以便企业在电子采购活动中改进整个采购过程的效率和透明性,从而规范供应链采购管理体系。In currently,E-Purchasing system has become the main way and platform for implementing E-Purchasing strategy,because it can help enterprises,especially SMEs,to reduce costs,improve purchasing efficiency and promote information sharing.This paper analyzed the types,processes and structures of E-Purchasing system so as to improve the efficiency and transparency of purchasing process and perfect the supply chain procurement system through E-Purchasing strategy.
