乙醇柴油混合燃料对柴油机排放特性的影响

摘　　要：分析了乙醇柴油的理化特性;在493Q柴油机上进行了燃用不同比例乙醇和柴油混合燃料的试验,对比分析了燃用柴油和混合燃料时柴油机的动力性和排放特性。试验结果表明,在柴油机参数和结构不作任何改动的情况下,随着乙醇掺混比例的增大,动力性有所下降,碳烟和CO的排放明显降低,HC和NOx略有增加。The physical and chemical characteristics of diesel/ethanol blend fuel have been analyzed.A contrast test on the power performance and emission characteristics of a 493Q diesel engine fueled with pure diesel fuel and diesel-ethanol blends is conducted.The results show that without any change in parameters and basic structure of diesel engine,with the increase of ethanol proportion in blended fuel,the engine power becomes slightly lower,the emissions of soot and CO markedly reduce and the emission of HC and NOx increase a little.
