小型助力推车式果园喷雾机的研制

摘　　要：介绍了一种以电力驱动的小型助力推车式果园喷雾机。对该机具的总体设计、技术特点等做了细致阐述。同时,重点介绍了该机具底盘结构及选型过程。研究结果表明,该机具底盘作为一种新型施药平台,在密植低矮果园中的通过性优良,在植株行间助力匀速行走时可大幅降低劳动强度;可选配轻量远射可调式喷枪与仿形均匀雾喷杆以满足不同条件下的果园作业要求,是现代化果园植保机械又一技术创新装备。A kind of minitype-cart electric power-assisted orchard sprayer was introduced in this article.It's overall design and technical characteristics were illustrated detailedly,which especially was focus on chassis structure and selection process.Results show that the sprayer as a new kind of pesticide application platform had good passability for working in low and high density planted orchard.It can greatly reduce labor intensity when it moving at constant speed driven by electric motor.Meanwhile,the sprayer could be matched with long distance & wide swath spray gun,or profile & uniform spray boom.The machine could meet operational requirements under different conditions,that is a technical innovation of plant protection machinery for modern orchard management.
