摘　　要：随着人民生活水平的进一步提高,人们对肉、蛋、奶、鱼等农产品的需求日益增加,积极支撑了养殖业的蓬勃发展,饲料工业的发展为我国的养殖业发展做出了重要贡献。在畜禽渔业产品的成本构成中,饲料费用占生产总成本的60%~80%[1]。切合需要、实际可能的饲料加工方法 ,经济合理运用饲料,对于提高畜禽渔业生产经济效果具有重要意义。采用优质配合饲料饲喂畜禽鱼是提高饲料效益的有效途径之一。本文就结合实际,提出了设计一种结构简单、体积小、耗能少,混合均匀度高、噪声小、集饲料粉碎和混合为一体的喷雾混合小型饲料加工机组,并就该饲料加工机组的结构设计、参数选择及混合原理等进行了论述、分析。As the people's living standard,people to further improve the meat and eggs milk,and other agricultural products of fish needs to increase,and actively support the breeding of booming development,feed the development of industry in China for breeding industry development made an important contribution.In livestock and poultry products cost constitution fishery feed costs,of the total cost of the production of 60 to 80% of the actual may need with feed processing method,economic rational use of to improve livestock and poultry feed fishery production economic effect to have the important meaning.USES the high quality feeding livestock feeds fish is improve the feed one of the effective ways to benefit.This paper,based on the actual put forward the design a kind of simple structure,small volume,low energy consumption mixing degree is high noise small set feed crushing mixed as one of the spray mixing feed processing units,and the small and feed processing unit of the structure design parameter selection and mixed principle are discussed analysis.
