摘　　要：采用ABAQUS有限元软件在不同切削速度下对切削过程进行模拟仿真,分析了不同切削速度与刀具应力的变化,获得刀尖处的时间应力曲线,阐明了刀具寿命和切削速度之间的非线性关系,提出高速切削的适当限速是降低成本和提高生产率的一条途径。By using ABAQUS finite element software in different cutting speed on cutting process simulation,analysis of different cutting speed and tool stress changes,access to the tool tip time stress curve,clarifies between the tool life and the cutting speed the nonlinear relation,put forward the appropriate speed limit is to reduce cost and improve productivity
