摘 要:高频窄脉冲电解加工(HSPECM)新技术显著提高了ECM的加工精度,而其电源的稳定性和可靠性是直接影响批量生产的关键。电源采用新一代模块式MOSFET(功率场效应管)多路并联的斩波装置,在其研制过程中进行了一系列稳定性和可靠性的试验研究,找出了影响电源稳定性和可靠性的因素和解决此关键问题的技术途径。从布局走线、器件选型及电路构成三方面,分别论述了提高HSPECM电源稳定性和可靠性的技术措施和方案。High frequency short pulse electro-chemical machining (HSPECM) is a new process technology which can enhance ECM accuracy significantly, and the stability and reliability of HSPECM power supply are key factors affecting whether the equipment could be manufactured applied in batch production or not. The chopper unit is applied to such power supply, which is consisted of new generation of MOSFET modules in parallel. In process of development of HSPECM power sup- ply, we have carried out a series of experiment studies, and have found out the critical factors which affect reliability and stability of the power supply, and the technical approach to solve such problems. This paper introduced technical measure and scheme from three aspects: topological and routing de- sign, component selection and circuit configuration in order to improve reliability and stability of the power supply.
