摘 要:为了推进光伏发电技术应用到居民家居生活中,提出了一套适用于家用小功率电器工作的光伏逆变系统。系统采用意法半导体公司的STM32F103VC作为控制系统的核心,运用软件方式产生SPWM波。逆变主拓扑回路采用两级全桥变换器,中间环节配合高频变压器升压。与传统的逆变器设计思路不同,前级全桥变换器采用SPWM波控制实现逆变取代以往恒定脉宽PWM控制,后级变换器作为频率50Hz翻转开关来重构正弦波。该系统可将太阳能电池板输出的12V电压转换为适用于家用电器工作的220V/50Hz交流电。In order to spread photovohaic technology over the domestic life, a set of photovoltaic inverter system suitable for miniwatt househoht appliances is given. This system uses a STM32F103VC signal-chip microcomputer as a core processor, and pro- gram SPWM waveforms by software. 1'he photovoltaic inverter's topology-loop structure implement two stage full H-bridge converter in combination with a small size transformer which operates at high frequency. But new alternatives differ from classical topologies control ways, SPWM modulation is used in the former full H-bridge converter to realize inverter and the later H-bridge's 4 transistors operate the 50 Hz bipolar PWM as a switch to recreate a sine wave. The solar inverter takes the 12 V DC from the solar panels and converts it to 220V/50 Hz AC which is the power that most of household appliance use.
